John 1:1-5
“1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 THE LIGHT shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”
The Bible tells us that, “God is LIGHT.” In fact, in the book of Genesis, His first recorded words were, “Let there be light!” That’s how it reads in English; but in Hebrew it literally says, “LIGHT be!” Strange as it may seem, there was light in the world before the sun was created on day 4. 😲 So where did that light come from? JESUS! He’s the LIGHT of the world!

Fear.
What are fears? They are an indication that somewhere in your life you have a dark belief. Darkness is the absence of LIGHT. Fears and worries are nothing more than praying and meditating in reverse. 😲 They indicate that you’re focused on and headed in the wrong direction.

Turn On The Light!
One cannot remove darkness and fears simply by saying “Darkness, I curse; I bind you! Go away, in Jesus’ Name!” No. So what do you do? God’s answer is so simple: “Turn on the light!” 💡 💖
Jesus is the Light of the world! He is the light in your darkness. Somewhere in His word He has something to say about your problem or your situation. You don’t need to try hard to overcome whatever it is that makes you fearful or worried. Shine God’s light on it and the darkness is dispelled…..effortlessly. 💖
Every time you go to church and hear anointed preaching, the LIGHT is turned on. It causes you to see something you never saw before. The “LIGHT” dawns, giving you a new understanding; a new outlook; hope!

The opening verse says, “The darkness cannot comprehend it.” That means that darkness isn’t simply the absence of light: The darkness is an entity; a presence. 👿 It can think; it can act. It wants you to feel powerless, alone and abandoned.
But darkness has NO defense against the LIGHT. Simply turning on the LIGHT causes it to flee!!!
